I extend my warmest congratulations to you on your well-deserved victory at the Court of Appeal, which has once again reaffirmed the mandate freely given to you by the good people of Edo State.
This judgment, which upholds the earlier pronouncement of the Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, is a triumph of truth over falsehood and a clear statement that the petition brought by Asue Ighodalo and the PDP lacked both electoral and constitutional foundation. The court has, in no uncertain terms, validated the collective will of Edo people and preserved the sanctity of our democratic process.
With this affirmation, the people of Edo State can look forward with renewed confidence to the purposeful, practical, and visionary governance you have exemplified in your first six months in office. Your administration has begun to chart a new course—breaking barriers and delivering unprecedented development under the transformative 5-point SHINE Agenda, which aligns seamlessly with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda for a better Nigeria.
I am proud to be part of this administration that is setting a new benchmark in governance, transparency, and people-oriented leadership. Together, we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the dividends of democracy reach every corner of Edo State.
