Dangote Petroleum Refinery has revealed a decrease in the price of Premium Motor Spirit to N899.50 per litre, aimed at providing some relief to Nigerians as the holiday season approaches.
As Africa’s first privately-owned oil refinery, it had previously lowered the price to N970 per litre on November 24.
The most recent price cut is intended to help reduce transportation costs during the festive season, when travel expenses tend to rise for many Nigerians.
This information was shared in a statement by Anthony Chiejina, the Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer of Dangote Group, on Thursday.
