Joseph Ikpea on his emergence as Senator-elect that will represent the good people of Edo Central Senatorial District, and my dear sister, Hon. Barr. Omosede Igbinedion, on her well-deserved victory as House of Representatives Member-elect for Ovia Federal Constituency.
Your resounding victories at the polls did not come as a surprise, but rather as a testament to your rigorous and well-coordinated campaigns, which convincingly reassured the electorate of your capacity to deliver quality representation and effective legislative oversight. Once again, the will and aspirations of the people have prevailed.
Special appreciation goes to the Executive Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, and his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, for their unrelenting commitment, guidance, and support towards the success of our party’s candidates.
I equally commend the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee under Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, our indefatigable National Woman Leader, Dr. Mrs. Mary Idele Alile, the Edo State Working Committee, as well as party leaders and members across all levels for their steadfastness, unity, and show of love and magnanimity throughout this electoral process.
