PDP Special Disciplinary Committee To Commence Hearings, Promises Fairness.

by Tunexreporters

Before the October 24 meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the National Disciplinary Committee (NDC) led by elderly statesman Tom Ikimi announced that they are ready to start their work.

They promised to treat all members fairly and asked for the support of everyone in the party. The committee also assured that they will be open and fair to all members who have to come before them.

The Chairman of the committee, Chief Ikimi, stated that as the NDC prepares to start its meetings and expects to receive complaints from upset members through the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) or any other appropriate channels, the NDC promises all party members, including the PDP leadership and stakeholders, that it will handle all complaints fairly, firmly, and transparently. This will be done in line with the PDP constitution, which clearly outlines offenses and penalties. Chief Ikimi expressed hope that the committee’s fairness, firmness, and decisiveness will rebuild the party’s confidence and meet the expectations of members across the country and the suffering Nigerian public looking for effective national leadership.

He urged all PDP members and leaders to support and cooperate with the committee for a successful completion of its tasks.
