President Bola Tinubu has ordered the immediate release of all minors who were arrested and are being prosecuted in relation to the #EndBadGovernance protest, ensuring compliance with the law.
He also instructed the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction to attend to the well-being of these minors.
This information was shared by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, during a briefing with State House reporters in Abuja. The Minister added that the President has called for an investigation into the actions of law enforcement involved in the arrests, with any individuals found responsible facing suitable disciplinary measures.
