HON OMESEDE IGBINADION AND OTHERS JOIN APC.
Hon. Omosede Igbinedion, a former house of representative memeber who represented Ovia Federal Constituency, and others have officially join All Progressive Congress (APC). Barr. Omosede, the daughter of Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion,* *the Esama of Benin and the Romaniary ambassador to Edo and Delta State. Omosede was among the dissatisfied PDP governorship aspirants who protested against the conduct of the ward and local government delegates elections for the party’s primary. She represented the party in the National Assembly between 2015 and 2019.* *She expressed that her overriding interest and commitment to the people of Ovia, who have always supported her.
Speaking at the(APC) flag-off of the Edo South Senatorial governorship campaign rally at the Ekehuan campus of the University of Benin (UNIBEN). Hon. Omosede cited a lack of equity, wickedness, fairness, justice, and the marginalization of long-standing party members as reasons for her resignation. She said with what is happening in Edo APC will win the forthcoming gubernatorial election by September 21st, I want to be part of success story with others to deliver Ovia Federal Constituency and the entire State for APC.
