Hon. Pius Alile, on behalf of the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, attended the 2025 NTA Children’s Day Celebration held in Benin City. The event was marked by vibrant festivities and a strong turnout of dignitaries and well-wishers.
Children from various schools participated in an array of engaging activities, including a colorful march past, cultural displays showcasing the rich heritage of Nigeria, lively dancing competitions, intellectually stimulating quiz contests, and many more fun-filled events designed to celebrate the potential and creativity of the younger generation.
The occasion was graced by several prominent personalities, including former Edo State Lawmaker Hon. Elizabeth Ativie, a representative of Senator Neda Imasuen, and Pastor Azemhe Azena of Omega Fire Ministries, among others too numerous to mention. Their presence underscored the importance of nurturing and supporting children as the future leaders of the nation.
The event not only celebrated the joy and vitality of children but also reinforced the commitment of leaders and stakeholders in promoting education, culture, and youth development across the state.
