We are not surprised about this new national responsibility placed on your shoulders because you have demonstrated your zeal for nation building through your office of the APC National Women Leader. Your ability to manage people, resources and situations is exceptional. And your pursuit of result has always yielded positive outcomes. This is therefore an attestation to the confidence the president reposes in you to manage critical national asset and deliver.
We have no doubt that you will perform beyond expectation as it has always been in your character to do. Your moniker: Capacity, is a fitting acknowledgement of your proven essence. In a manner of speaking, whatever you touch turns gold. Therefore, under your watch, we believe that the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba is set for its golden era.
Madam Capacity, we are very proud of you and continue to pray for your success and honour even as it is our prayer that the Good Lord continues to guide and order your steps to higher grounds, and strengthen you with all that is required for this crucial national assignment.
